Depression & Anxiety

Chronic Pain

Pain is a disorder that impacts you both physically and mentally. Oftentimes, you grieve the loss of the physical  aspects of your health and there may be fear about what the future holds. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you increase your motivation, decrease unhelpful thoughts, and help you begin to enjoy life while managing pain flare ups.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Children’s Therapy: Ages 2-11

Our therapy services are designed to support children as young as 2, using play therapy and other evidence-based approaches to help them express themselves and develop essential emotional and social skills. Through play, we create a safe and engaging environment where children can process their feelings and learn to manage challenges. Our experienced therapists work closely with both the child and family to create a personalized plan that fosters growth, resilience, and coping strategies. We are dedicated to helping your child build a strong foundation for success, both now and in the future.

Therapy for Adolescents/Teens: Ages 12-17

Our therapy services for adolescents and teenagers focus on helping them navigate the complexities of growing up, from academic pressures to social challenges and emotional struggles. We use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, to empower teens to build coping skills, improve self-esteem, and manage stress. By providing a supportive and non-judgmental space, we help teens develop healthier ways to express their thoughts and emotions, fostering resilience and emotional well-being. Our goal is to guide them through life's challenges and support their journey toward becoming confident, self-aware young adults.
