Brian Fullard Jr, MFT Graduate Clinician Intern

Brian is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist Graduate-Level Clinician Intern who approaches therapy with a systemic, relational, and trauma-informed lens. Currently completing his clinical internship as part of his Master’s Program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, Brian is committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. His clinical interests include relationship concerns, family dynamics, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and personal growth across the lifespan.

With a strong foundation in both psychology and law enforcement, Brian brings a unique and grounded perspective to his clinical work. As a proud U.S. Army Veteran, he has cultivated resilience, discipline, and a deep respect for service and diversity—qualities that shape his therapeutic style. His professional experience in law enforcement further enhances his ability to build trust and work effectively with clients facing high-stress or crisis situations.

Brian believes that meaningful change occurs within the context of relationships. He is passionate about helping clients strengthen their connections, understand the impact of generational patterns, and cultivate healthier communication and emotional resilience. He is also deeply committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care, recognizing the unique lived experiences and identities each client brings into the therapeutic space.

Outside of the therapy room, Brian is a devoted husband and father of five children. His personal life deeply informs his compassionate, real-world approach to therapy. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, staying active through sports and exercise, and spending quality time with his family.

Brian’s goal is to walk alongside clients with authenticity and empathy, offering support, insight, and tools to empower them to lead fulfilling and connected lives.
