Insurance & Payment Information
Currently, we accept insurance from the following:
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama
- United Healthcare
- Cigna
- Optum
- Alabama Medicaid
- TRICARE East, TRICARE Select, and TFL (TRICARE for Life) beneficiaries
We are also Community Care Network Providers for the Veterans Administration (VA).
For those paying out of pocket (cash clients), payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit/debit card payments, PayPal, Cashapp, and Zelle. We also offer a sliding scale for fees based on your income.
Payments are accepted before services are rendered. If paying in cash, please use exact change, thank you for your understanding.
Fee Scale:
Initial Consultation (15-30 min): $45
Therapy Session (1 hour): $200 per session
Brief Therapy Session (30 minutes): $85 per session
Psychological Evaluation (3 hour minimum): $800- $3000
Diagnostic Consultation (1 hour): $200
Professional Consultation (1 hour): $100
