She earned her master’s in psychology from Delhi Universityand pursued her Clinical Psychology specialization at Auburn University at Montgomery. She is also an avid researcher and author with an emphasis in psychology. She aims to enhance mental health awareness and reduce the stigma of mental health treatment by publishing academic blogs and research papers. With more than 100 published blogs and academic articles on topics related to awareness and understanding of mental health, Shubhangi’s work has been recognized by psychology experts as literature geared toward the advancement of psychology at national and international conferences. Several mental health organizations, such as FeelJoy, IGNAMIND, FriendsSquare, You're Wonderful Project, The Mood Space, and Psy Track, have also recognized her published works.
Outside of her work as an esteemed mental health professional and psychological researcher, Shubhangi Singh is an award-winning published author of Hindi poetry and has been writing poetry since childhood. She published and illustrated her first book collection of Hindi poetry - "Khirkiyon Ke Paar Akash"-on topics ranging from dealing with life situations, emotions, and thoughts to mental health awareness and spirituality as well as the purpose of life and self-exploration. Her second book - "Behind the Uniform: Not Just a Cop" - is a self-empowermentbook that sheds light on the issue of mental health in policing to provide a holistic understanding of mental health, its impact, and the importance of support. It also provides treatment avenues through proactive activities, checklists, and healthy coping mechanisms for police officers.
